Nature gives us everything; now it’s time to give back. To celebrate World Environment Day, Village Marathon is organizing a special initiative—“Clean the Roots.” Our mission is to transform our beloved village trails and community spaces into plastic-free zones.

The paths we run on and the nature that sustains us deserve our care. Join us this June 5th as we come together to ensure our local environment remains pristine, healthy, and beautiful for everyone.

Event Highlights:

• Zero-Waste Challenge: We will work in small teams to collect non-biodegradable waste, focusing primarily on single-use plastics and polythene.

• Community Awareness: Engaging with local shopkeepers and residents to promote sustainable waste management and the importance of a clean environment.

• Cinematic Storytelling: As part of our creative mission, our media team will capture every moment of this drive in professional cinematic frames to inspire others across social media.

• Sustainable Refreshments: After the drive, participants will enjoy traditional village snacks served in eco-friendly clay pottery.
